The Mattituck Park District Summer Concert Series returns for a fourth season starting June 8. The series has become a favorite attraction of residents and guests attracting nearly 2000 attendees to last summer’s events. This year there will be five live music performances to be held in Veteran’s Park, Mattituck. All music performances will be presented on the Suffolk County Show mobile stage and all shows are from 5:00 -7:30 PM. Tribute Bands and local favorites will be the highlight of this year’s shows. The music of legendary great artists The Beatles, Crosby Stills Nash & Young and The Eagles will be performed live by the area’s best Tribute bands. Local Favorites Gene Casey and the Lone Sharks and Who are These Guys complete this summer’s lineup. Admission is Free and there is plenty of free parking. Sponsorships by local merchants provide 100% of the funding and additional sponsorships are still needed.

Last summer’s Movies in the Park was so successful that we are now hosting two nights of movies! Each presentation will feature a first run General Audience movie presented outdoors on a giant screen. Ice cream treats from Magic Fountain and popcorn will be available for the kids. Admission is Free and open to the General Public. Movies in the Park will be from 7:45 – 9:15 (approx.). Newly released Family oriented movies will be selected based upon availability.
