Non-Resident Beach Permits

To park at our beaches and facilities, both residents and non-residents need a permit. While resident walk-ons are welcome, non-resident walk-ons are not allowed. Non-residents are welcome on our beaches only if they purchase a daily or seasonal parking pass. (A resident is defined as a Mattituck/Laurel homeowner or a year-round renter).
The Non-Resident Seasonal Beach Permit gives you access to all the Mattituck Park District's beaches and facilities for the entire calendar year. These permits are sold online or at the MPD Office at Veterans Memorial Park. Click here to purchase a non-resident beach pass. Click here to purchase a non-resident beach pass.
